Accessibility Statement

1. Our approach

Peach Network LLC aims to provide a digital experience that as many people as possible can use, including people who navigate by keyboard, use a screen reader or other assistive technology, need larger text or higher contrast, or prefer reduced motion.

We treat accessibility as part of building a website rather than something added at the end. That applies to this site and to the sites we build for clients.

2. What this site is designed to do

This website has been built with the following considerations in mind:

• Keyboard navigation — interactive elements are reachable and operable without a mouse
• Visible focus states — the element you are on is clearly indicated as you move through the page
• Colour contrast — text and interface colours are chosen and checked against contrast guidance
• Labelled forms — form fields have real labels rather than relying on placeholder text, and validation messages are written in plain language
• Responsive design — layouts work on phones, tablets and desktop, and reflow without horizontal scrolling
• Reduced-motion support — animation and transitions are suppressed for visitors whose device requests reduced motion
• Semantic heading structure — each page has a single main heading and a logical heading order beneath it
• Alternative text — meaningful images carry text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology
• Adequate touch targets — buttons and links are sized to be usable on touch screens

3. Standards we work toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) published by the W3C as our reference, and we aim to meet the Level AA success criteria.

To be clear about what that means: this website has not been independently audited or certified, and we do not claim full or perfect conformance with WCAG or any other standard. Aiming for a standard and being formally certified against it are different things, and we would rather say so plainly than imply an assurance we cannot back up.

4. Known limitations

Some parts of the experience are outside our direct control, or are areas we are still working on:

• Third-party embeds. Components provided by other services — such as the embedded Google Map on our contact page — are rendered by those providers, and their accessibility is determined by them rather than by us. Where an embed is a barrier, the same information is available elsewhere on the page in plain text.
• Platform-generated markup. This site is built on Squarespace, and some underlying markup and behaviour is produced by the platform.
• Content added over time. As new pages and material are published, accessibility depends on that content being produced carefully. We review as we go, and occasionally something will be missed.

If you run into any of these, or anything else, we would like to know.

5. Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a task that gets finished. We check new pages as they are built, we re-check existing pages when they change, and we correct issues as we find them or as they are reported to us. Where a fix is not immediately possible — for example in a third-party component — we look for a reasonable alternative way to provide the same information or function.

6. Tell us if something is difficult to use

If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you need information from it in a different format, please contact us. Tell us the page you were on and what happened, and we will do our best to help and to fix the underlying problem.

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback promptly, and we are happy to provide the information you were looking for by email or over the phone in the meantime.
