Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2026

This policy describes what information Peach Network LLC collects through peachnetwork.net, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to reflect how the website actually works today, including what we have not yet implemented.

Note for Peach Network: this is a structural draft prepared for review. It is not legal advice. Professional legal review is recommended before final publication, and the draft notes throughout mark the provisions that still need a decision.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Peach Network LLC, a digital marketing agency based in Alpharetta, Georgia. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Peach Network” refer to Peach Network LLC.

This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how it is handled, and the choices available to you. It applies to this website. It does not govern information you provide to us outside the website, or information handled under a separate written agreement for paid services.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

When you submit a form on this website — for example the free audit request or the contact form — we collect the information you choose to enter. Depending on the form, that may include:

  • Name
  • Business name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Website URL
  • The services you indicate you are interested in
  • The content of any message or description you write

You decide what to submit. If you would rather not use a form, you can contact us directly by phone or email using the details in the final section.

Information collected automatically

This website is hosted on the Squarespace platform. As part of hosting and delivering the site, Squarespace may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages requested. Squarespace also sets cookies that are necessary for the website and its forms to operate.

Where you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics also collects information about how you use this website. Section 5 sets out what that covers, the choices available to you, and how to change them.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

  • Responding to enquiries and messages you send us
  • Preparing and delivering a free website and SEO audit you have requested
  • Communicating with you about our services, proposals and any engagement you are considering or have entered into
  • Operating, maintaining and improving this website
  • Understanding how this website is used so that we can improve it, where you have allowed analytics (see section 5)
  • Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse or security incidents, and complying with legal obligations where they apply

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the details you submit through this website with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Service providers

We rely on third-party providers to run this website and our business. Those providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their service to us. They currently include:

  • Squarespace — website hosting, form handling and storage of form submissions
  • Google Workspace — business email, used when we correspond with you
  • Google — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, used to measure how this website is used where you have allowed analytics. Google processes that information in line with its own privacy terms.

Each provider operates under its own privacy terms. Where we add further providers — for example analytics or advertising platforms — this section will be updated to name them.

Draft note — resolve before launch

Confirm this list is complete and current at the point of launch, and add any further processors then in use.

5. Cookies, analytics and tracking

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This website uses them for two separate purposes: to make the site and its forms work, and — only where you allow it — to measure how the site is used.

Necessary cookies are set by the Squarespace platform so that pages load correctly, forms can be submitted, and your cookie choice can be remembered. These are always active, because the website cannot function without them.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager to manage the measurement tags on this website. Tag Manager acts as a container: it decides which measurement tools load, and when, based on the consent choices described below. Tag Manager does not itself collect analytics information about you.

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how this website is used. Where you have allowed analytics, it may collect information such as:

  • The pages you view, and the order in which you view them
  • Interactions with the website, such as submitting a form or selecting a phone or email link
  • An approximate location — typically country, region or city — derived from network and device information rather than from precise location data
  • Device and browser information, such as device type, operating system, browser and screen size
  • How you arrived at the site, such as from a search engine, a link on another website, or a direct visit
  • Session and engagement information, such as how long a visit lasted and whether you have visited before

We use this in aggregate, to understand which pages are useful, where visitors come from, and where the website is not working well. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and Google Analytics is not designed to report visitors to us by name. We do not receive or store a record of your IP address through Google Analytics.

Your consent choices

When you first visit, a cookie banner asks how you would like measurement handled. You can select Accept all, Decline all, or Manage cookies to choose category by category. The categories are:

  • Necessary — always active. Required for the website and its forms to work.
  • Performance and Analytics — allows Google Analytics to store analytics cookies and measure your visit.
  • Advertising — reserved for advertising and remarketing measurement.

Analytics storage is enabled only if you accept Performance and Analytics. Advertising-related consent is enabled only if you accept Advertising.

No advertising technology is currently installed on this website. We do not currently run Google Ads remarketing, the Meta Pixel, or any other advertising or conversion pixel. The Advertising category appears because the consent banner offers it. If we add advertising measurement later, this policy will be updated before we do.

Google Consent Mode

This website uses Google Consent Mode v2. Before you make a choice, both analytics consent and advertising consent are set to denied by default, and Google Analytics does not create analytics cookies. Your choice is then applied to Google’s tags.

Declining does not necessarily prevent every network request. Where Consent Mode permits it, Google may still receive limited, cookieless measurement signals that do not use analytics cookies and are not tied to a persistent identifier. We state this so the policy reflects what actually happens, rather than implying a stricter outcome than the technology delivers.

Changing your cookie preferences

Your choice is stored in your browser. To change it, clear this website’s cookies through your browser settings and reload the page — the banner will appear again and you can choose differently. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies for any website at any time. Blocking cookies that this website relies on may affect how parts of the site behave.

How Google processes this information

Google acts as our analytics provider and processes information in line with its own privacy terms, which are published by Google and are not reproduced here.

Draft note — resolve before launch

Confirm the cookie lifetimes and the Google Analytics data retention setting in use, and add them here if your legal review requires them to be stated.

6. Data retention

We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for — responding to you, delivering a requested audit, and maintaining a record of our business communications — and for as long afterwards as is reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal reasons.

If you would like us to delete the information you submitted, contact us using the details in section 11 and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Draft note — resolve before launch

Specific retention periods should be set with counsel, particularly if the business begins serving customers in jurisdictions with statutory retention or deletion requirements.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through this website, and we rely on the security controls of the platforms we use to host the site and handle email. Access to form submissions is limited to people at Peach Network who need it.

No method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us.

8. Your choices

You can:

  • Choose not to submit a form, and contact us by phone or email instead
  • Ask us what information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete information you have submitted
  • Ask us to stop contacting you about our services
  • Change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time (see section 5)

To make any of these requests, email info@peachnetwork.net. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Draft note — resolve before launch

If the business serves customers in California, the EU/UK, or other jurisdictions with specific statutory privacy rights, this section should be expanded with the required disclosures, response timeframes and verification process.

This website links to other websites, including our own Google Business Profile and the websites of platforms we reference. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we do not operate. We would encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit from a link here.

10. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for businesses and for adults acting on behalf of a business. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, our tools or the applicable law change. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Where a change is significant — for example the introduction of analytics or advertising technology — we will make that clear in the updated policy.
