Analytics & conversion optimization
Know what’s working — then improve it on purpose.
Marketing decisions are difficult when the tracking is incomplete or every channel reports differently. Peach Network helps connect measurement across the website and marketing channels so businesses can understand performance and improve conversion paths using real data.
Problems we solve
When the numbers exist but nobody believes them.
Most measurement problems are not missing data. They are data nobody can act on.
Analytics is installed but nobody trusts the data
The numbers are there. Nobody is confident enough in them to make a decision on them.
Form submissions are not tracked correctly
Enquiries arrive by email but nothing records which page or channel produced them.
Phone and contact actions are unclear
Calls happen. Whether they came from search, an ad or a business card is anyone’s guess.
Different channels report conflicting numbers
The ad platform, the analytics and the inbox each tell a different story about the same month.
You cannot identify which sources produce leads
Traffic is attributed. Enquiries are not, so budget decisions come down to instinct.
Traffic arrives but conversion rate is poor
People reach the site in reasonable numbers and very few of them do anything.
Decisions are based on assumptions
Changes get made because someone felt strongly, and nobody can say afterwards whether they helped.
What we do
Get the measurement right, then act on it.
Scope depends on what is already in place and what decisions you need the data to support.
Analytics audit
What is installed, what it is recording, what is double-counting and what is quietly missing.
GA4 planning and configuration
Setting up the property so it reflects how your business actually defines a meaningful action.
Google Tag Manager planning
A tag setup you can maintain, documented rather than assembled ad hoc over years.
Conversion-event strategy
Deciding which actions count as conversions before anything is configured to record them.
Form conversion tracking
Making sure completed enquiries are recorded reliably and attributed to a source.
Phone-click tracking
Capturing tap-to-call and contact actions so calls stop being invisible in reporting.
Campaign attribution setup
Consistent tagging so campaigns can be told apart once traffic arrives.
Landing-page analysis
Which entry pages hold people and which lose them, and what the pattern suggests.
Conversion-path review
Walking the route from arrival to enquiry and finding where it breaks down.
Funnel analysis
Where a defined multi-step journey exists, looking at where people drop out of it.
Reporting and dashboard strategy
Reporting built to answer your questions, not to fill a template with everything available.
CRO recommendations
Specific, prioritised changes to pages and paths, with the reasoning attached.
A/B testing strategy
Where traffic and conversion volume genuinely justify it, a plan for testing properly rather than guessing.
Not every business needs A/B testing. A test only gives a trustworthy answer when there is enough traffic and enough conversions for the result to be more than noise. Below that threshold, running experiments produces confident-looking conclusions that are not real. For most sites, fixing obvious breaks in the conversion path produces far more than testing button colours. We will tell you plainly whether your volume justifies it.
How it connects
Measurement is the layer that connects everything else.
Every other service on this site produces activity. This is the one that tells you which of it mattered.
Website Design
Events, forms and calls can only be measured if the site was built to report them.

Rankings are not the point. Measurement shows whether organic visitors are turning into enquiries.

What becomes visible, depending on configuration.
What is available depends on how the site and platforms are set up, and on what visitors consent to.
Traffic source
Which channel produced the visit, consistently labelled so channels can be compared.
Landing-page performance
Which entry pages convert and which lose people before they act.
Forms
Completed enquiries, recorded rather than estimated from inbox volume.
Phone and contact interactions
Calls and contact taps, where tracking has been configured to capture them.
Conversion rate
The share of visitors taking a meaningful action, by channel and by page.
Campaign conversions
What a specific campaign produced, separated from general site activity.
Cost per lead
Where spend data is connected, what an enquiry is costing by channel.
Organic conversions
Enquiries attributable to unpaid search rather than to paid activity.
User journeys
The routes people take through the site before they act, or before they leave.
Channel attribution
How credit is assigned across the channels that touched a conversion.
A word on attribution. Attribution models are interpretations, not facts. They assign credit using rules and assumptions, and they are affected by consent choices, ad blockers, cross-device journeys and each platform’s own attribution window. Two tools looking at the same month will usually disagree. We treat attribution as evidence to be read carefully, not as a number to be trusted absolutely, and we will say so rather than present a tidy figure that hides the uncertainty.
Questions
Measurement questions we get asked.
What is conversion rate optimization?
Improving the share of visitors who take a meaningful action — submitting a form, calling, booking. It usually means finding where people drop out of a path and fixing that, rather than chasing more traffic. It works best when the measurement underneath it is trustworthy, which is why the two live on the same page.
Do I need Google Analytics?
You need some reliable way to know what happens on your site. Google Analytics is the most common answer because it is free and integrates widely, but the important part is that meaningful actions are recorded consistently. Traffic counts without conversion data will not answer the questions you actually have.
What is Google Tag Manager?
A container that sits on the site and manages the tracking tags, so they can be added, changed and organised in one place rather than hard-coded across pages. It makes tracking maintainable. It is not itself analytics — it is the plumbing that delivers data to analytics.
Can you track phone calls and forms?
Form submissions, yes, where the form and site allow an event to be recorded. Phone actions depend on what you mean: clicks on a phone number can generally be tracked, while attributing a call someone dialled manually requires call-tracking numbers, which is a separate decision with its own trade-offs. We would explain the options rather than promise complete call attribution.
Why do my platforms report different numbers?
Because they measure different things in different ways. Platforms count conversions they believe they influenced, within their own attribution window; analytics counts sessions and events by its own rules; and consent settings, ad blockers and cross-device journeys affect all of them. The numbers will rarely match exactly. The useful approach is to pick one source as your reference and read the others as context.
Do I need A/B testing?
Probably not at first, and possibly not at all. A test only produces a trustworthy answer when there is enough traffic and enough conversions for the result to mean something — otherwise you are reading noise and acting on it confidently. For most sites, fixing clear problems in the conversion path produces more than testing small variations. We will tell you honestly whether your volume supports it.
Not sure whether you can trust your numbers?
Tell us what you have in place. We will look at what is being recorded, what is missing, and what would need to change before the data is worth making decisions on.
